Is technology harmful to youngsters-Yes or No?

In my opinion, technology is not harmful to youngsters.More specifically, it depends how to use it .

There are many games and channels in phones and computers to let you obsessed. But Once you can control yourself to keep them away. Then, the technology has more than that.

You can look up the information you want, learn some thing new on the YouTube or Google without spending a lot of time asking people. And there are so many apps and software can help us to deal things better.
